Ultra-Faint Milky Way Satellites Discovered in Carina, Phoenix, and Telescopium with DELVE Data Release 3
Questo studio presenta la scoperta di tre candidati satelliti della Via Lattea – Carina IV, Phoenix III e DELVE 7 – identificati tramite i dati DELVE, caratterizzati come sistemi estremamente deboli e antichi, sebbene la natura di DELVE 7 rimanga ambigua tra galassia nana e ammasso stellare.
