Analytic treatment of a polaron in a nonparabolic conduction band
この論文は、有効質量近似が適用できない有限幅の非放物線性伝導帯におけるポーラロン問題に対し、ファインマン変分法を拡張し、従来の解析的手法を一般化することで、弱・中・強結合の全領域にわたって数値的に厳密な結果と高い精度で一致する格子ポーラロンの統一的な解析的記述枠組みを確立したものである。
