Excitonic Theory of the Ultrafast Optical Response of 2D-Quantum-Confined Semiconductors at Elevated Densities
Dit artikel presenteert een excitonische theorie voor de ultrafast optische respons van 2D-geconfindeerde halfgeleiders bij hoge dichtheden, waarin numerieke simulaties aantonen dat excitonische Rabi-oscillaties aanzienlijk worden onderdrukt in regimes met overheersende Coulomb-interactie en bij lineaire excitatie.
