Electrostatic gate-controlled quantum interference in a high-mobility two-dimensional electron gas at the (LaSr)(AlTa)O/SrTiO interface
(0.3La0.7Sr)(0.65Al0.35Ta)O3/SrTiO3 界面において、電界効果トランジスタによるキャリア密度制御が可能な高移動度二次元電子ガス中で、SrTiO3 領域壁に沿って形成された閉回路に起因する Altshuler-Aronov-Spivak 効果(量子干渉)が観測され、量子干渉デバイスへの応用可能性が示されました。
