Space Group Symmetry of Chiral Fe-deficient van der Waals Magnet Fe3-xGeTe2 Probed by Convergent Beam Electron Diffraction
本論文は、収束ビーム電子回折(CBED)と選択領域電子回折(SAED)を組み合わせることで、Fe 欠乏型 van der Waals 磁性体Fe2.9GeTe2の室温における空間群が、対称性の低下により高対称性母物質のP63/mmcからP63mc(No.186)に同定されたことを報告し、以前報告されたP3m1群がその部分群であることを示唆しています。
