Denitrification and phosphorus removal efficiency of different pretreated qingke straw carbon sources and microbial response mechanisms
This study demonstrates that using acid-base pretreated qingke straw fermentation broth as an external carbon source in plateau SBR reactors alters microbial community structure and shifts nitrogen metabolism pathways, thereby enhancing nitrogen fixation and nitrification while inhibiting denitrification and necessitating improved phosphorus removal strategies.
