“Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Schizophrenia and Psychosis Inpatients with Recovery and Experience Orientation (ASPIRE)”: A Pilot Study
This pilot study demonstrates that a four-week Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) group intervention for inpatients with psychotic disorders is feasible, safe, and well-accepted, yielding significant improvements in symptom severity, global functioning, and recovery that were partially sustained at six-month follow-up.
