Open Arthrolysis for Severe Elbow Stiffness Secondary to Primary Elbow Osteoarthritis: A Retrospective Case Series of 60 Patients
This retrospective study of 60 patients demonstrates that open arthrolysis with osteocapsular debridement and concomitant ulnar nerve transposition provides significant short-term improvements in range of motion, pain, and function for severe elbow stiffness secondary to primary osteoarthritis, with a favorable safety profile.
