Delayed Radio Flares in Tidal Disruption Events from Star-Disk Collision Outflows
This paper proposes that delayed radio flares in tidal disruption events are caused by massive, slow outflows generated when a pre-existing stellar extreme-mass-ratio-inspiral collides with an expanding accretion disk years after the initial disruption.
