Determinants of the adoption of Vivo Plants and Organic Fertilizers in agroecological banana and plantain farming in Southern Benin
This study analyzes data from 321 farmers in Southern Benin to identify distinct socio-economic and institutional factors—such as age, farm size, training, and credit access—that drive the adoption of vivo plants and organic fertilizers in banana and plantain farming, ultimately recommending targeted interventions to promote sustainable agroecological practices.
