Comparative phytochemical profiling and bioactivities of wild Thymus species from Mount Ida (Kazdağı)
This study provides the first integrated phytochemical and biological characterization of four wild *Thymus* species from Mount Ida (Kazdağı), revealing that *Thymus citriodorus* exhibits the highest antioxidant capacity, rosmarinic acid and thymol are the dominant phenolic and volatile compounds respectively, and all four species demonstrate significant antimicrobial activity against specific pathogens and concentration-dependent cytotoxicity against HT29 colorectal cancer cells.
