India’s Marine Product Exports: An Integrated Analysis of Growth, Diversification and Structural Transformation
This study analyzes India's marine product exports from 1995–96 to 2024–25, revealing that while Frozen Shrimp remains the dominant commodity, the sector has experienced overall positive growth and gradual diversification, with Dried Items showing the highest growth rates and Frozen Shrimp, Frozen Fish, and Live Items demonstrating the greatest export stability.
