Association between a comprehensive governance strategy and the burden of urban non-traumatic multiple casualty incidents in China: a 14-year retrospective interrupted time-series study in Liuzhou, 2012-2025
This 14-year retrospective interrupted time-series study in Liuzhou, China, demonstrates that a citywide governance strategy implemented in January 2018 significantly reduced the burden of urban non-traumatic multiple casualty incidents, particularly carbon monoxide-related events, by effectively addressing seasonal peaks and preventable hazards.
