Neuropsychological and Autonomic Correlates of Chronic Stress in Dermatological Patients: A Comparative Analysis of GABAergic Therapy Regimens
This prospective study of 100 dermatological patients with chronic stress demonstrates that while both systemic and combined systemic-topical GABAergic therapies effectively restore autonomic balance and neuropsychological function, the combined approach may offer a potential advantage in accelerating the normalization of peripheral microcirculation and central neurodynamics.
