Care Pathways Under Fire: A Scoping Review on Continuity and Coordination of Care in Armed Conflict
This scoping review analyzes 67 studies to map how armed conflict disrupts continuity and coordination of care through five interdependent domains—people, hardware, services, linkages, and governance—thereby identifying systemic leverage points for designing interventions that address root causes rather than isolated consequences in conflict-affected settings.
