A Real-World Study of IABP Monitoring in Critically Ill Patients with Severe Fever with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome
This retrospective cohort study of 374 critically ill SFTS patients demonstrates that invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring not only provides more accurate hemodynamic assessment during hypotensive shock but also significantly reduces the incidence and severity of upper limb skin ecchymosis compared to non-invasive monitoring.
