This case report describes the successful treatment of a rare pseudoaneurysm of the mitral-aortic intervalvular fibrosa in a 42-year-old woman, which developed two years after aortic valve replacement with Y-incision root enlargement, through a Bentall procedure following a diagnosis complicated by mechanical valve artifacts and ineffective antibiotic therapy for Staphylococcus capitis bacteremia.
