Detecting tumor-associated peptides from the plasma-derived soluble immunopeptidome in human hepatocellular carcinoma patients: a pilot study
This pilot study demonstrates that plasma-derived soluble HLA-I peptides in hepatocellular carcinoma patients contain tumor-associated antigens shared with tumor tissue, suggesting that sHLA-I profiling is a promising minimally invasive strategy for identifying actionable targets and tumor-specific signatures in HCC.
