Effectiveness of the STEPPS Programme for Borderline Personality Disorder Traits, Depressive and Psychotic Symptoms, and Underlying Maladaptive Schemas among Japanese University Students: A Randomised Controlled Trial
This randomized controlled trial demonstrates that the STEPPS programme is an effective early intervention for Japanese university students, significantly reducing borderline personality disorder traits, depressive and prodromal psychotic symptoms, and maladaptive schemas while preventing the deterioration of these conditions compared to a waiting list control group.
