Temporary Use of Allium™ Ureteral Stent in Long-segment Urethral Strictures: Initial Clinical Experience
This study reports the initial clinical experience of using removable Allium™ ureteral stents as a temporary, minimally invasive alternative for managing long-segment urethral strictures in patients unsuitable for urethroplasty, demonstrating technical feasibility and short-term efficacy while highlighting encrustation as a primary long-term complication that warrants further prospective investigation.
