Fluoroscopic C-Arm Guided versus Ultrasound Guided Therapeutic Injection of Lower Cervical Radiculopathies
This study comparing ultrasound-guided selective cervical intra-tubercular nerve root blocks with fluoroscopic-guided cervical interlaminar epidural injections in patients with lower cervical radiculopathies found that while both methods provided similar pain relief and functional improvement at three months, the fluoroscopic group demonstrated superior long-term outcomes at six and twelve months.
