Barriers and Facilitators to Child Growth Monitoring and Promotion Service Utilization in Gorkha District, Nepal: A Qualitative Study
This qualitative study conducted in Gorkha District, Nepal, identifies multi-level barriers—including geographical inaccessibility, competing household responsibilities, and health system constraints—as the primary drivers of low Growth Monitoring and Promotion (GMP) service utilization, while highlighting community support and service integration as key facilitators for improving uptake.
