Oral Frailty Status and Its Risk Factors in older persons Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease:A Comprehensive Analysis
This cross-sectional study of 120 older COPD patients in Fuzhou reveals an extremely high prevalence of oral frailty (94.2%) and identifies the number of natural teeth, oral health-related quality of life, and nutritional status as significant independent risk factors, underscoring the need for targeted dental and nutritional interventions in this population.
