This study demonstrates that cultivating *Chlorella sorokiniana* and *Scenedesmus obliquus* in primary urban wastewater effectively removes nutrients and heavy metals to meet agricultural reuse standards while producing distinct, high-value biomass extracts that function as potent biostimulants for crop growth, thereby validating a sustainable circular economy model.
