Asynchronous visual recovery and transient myopic-like shift in the hyperopic eye after FS-LASIK for mixed anisometropia: a case report
This case report describes an 18-year-old male who experienced asynchronous visual recovery and a transient myopic-like shift in his hyperopic eye following FS-LASIK for mixed anisometropia, highlighting the importance of distinguishing accommodation-driven refractive errors from true surgical undercorrection or regression during early postoperative follow-up.
