Teachers Job Satisfaction and Commitmments in Ethiopia: The Case of Bole Subcity Primary Schools
This mixed-methods study of primary school teachers in Bole Sub-City, Addis Ababa, reveals that job satisfaction and organizational commitment vary significantly across schools and are primarily determined by factors such as age, teaching materials, professional membership, upgrading opportunities, and the subject taught, underscoring the need for targeted interventions to improve teacher well-being and educational quality.
