Preliminary Insight into the Antifungal Activity and Mechanism of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens TL6 Against Passalora arachidicola
This study demonstrates that *Bacillus amyloliquefaciens* TL6 effectively controls peanut early leaf spot caused by *Passalora arachidicola* through the secretion of metabolites that damage fungal cell membranes, inhibit ergosterol biosynthesis, and disrupt protein synthesis, achieving biocontrol efficacy comparable to the chemical fungicide carbendazim.
