Prognostic Association and Predictive Value of the Stress Hyperglycemia Ratio for All‑Cause Mortality in Elderly Hip Fracture Patients with Perioperative Atrial Fibrillation
This retrospective cohort study of 340 elderly hip fracture patients with perioperative atrial fibrillation reveals that the stress hyperglycemia ratio (SHR) exhibits a J-shaped nonlinear association with all-cause mortality and serves as an independent predictor that significantly enhances the prognostic accuracy of clinical models.
