Channelled Astra-Vue versus non-channelled C-MAC D-blade Videolaryngoscope for Tracheal Intubation in Adults: a randomised controlled trial

In a randomized controlled trial involving 60 adults with non-difficult airways, the channelled Astra-Vue and non-channelled C-MAC D-blade videolaryngoscopes demonstrated comparable total intubation times and high success rates, with the Astra-Vue facilitating faster tube delivery offsetting the C-MAC's advantage in achieving quicker glottic visualization.
