This cross-sectional study of 120 Lebanese Class II Division 1 patients reveals that mandibular retrognathism is universally characterized by reduced ramal height and body length regardless of gender, highlighting the clinical necessity to distinguish between positional and dimensional subtypes to guide appropriate treatment strategies.
