Synchronous Pancreatic and Renal Involvement by Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma Presenting with Obstructive Jaundice: A Rare Extranodal Manifestation
This case report describes a rare instance of synchronous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma involving both the pancreas and kidney in a 43-year-old woman, which initially mimicked solid organ malignancies causing obstructive jaundice but was successfully diagnosed via biopsy and PET-CT and treated with systemic immunochemotherapy.
