Effectiveness of Psychoeducation Based Self Stigma Reduction Intervention Among Adolescents Living With HIV Attending Uch, Ibadan, Nigeria
A quasi-experimental study conducted at University College Hospital in Ibadan, Nigeria, found that a psychoeducation-based intervention, while highly satisfactory to participants, failed to produce statistically significant improvements in self-esteem, depressive symptoms, or HIV self-stigma among adolescents living with HIV compared to a peer support control group.
