Clinical characteristics and risk factors in dry eye disease secondary to chronic graft-versus-host: A Comparative Cross-Sectional Study
This comparative cross-sectional study reveals that dry eye disease secondary to chronic graft-versus-host disease exhibits more severe ocular surface damage, meibomian gland loss, and degraded visual quality than non-cGVHD dry eye, with specific transplant-related factors such as acute myeloid leukemia and haploidentical HLA matching serving as significant predictors of severity.
