This retrospective study of 281 patients with endogenous Cushing syndrome reveals distinct age-dependent phenotypes, where pediatric cases are characterized primarily by growth failure and pubertal disturbances, while adult presentations are dominated by a higher cumulative burden of cardiometabolic, myopathic, and skeletal complications.
