This study demonstrates that dietary coconut milk mitigates D-galactose-induced aging and neurotoxicity in *Drosophila melanogaster* by modulating oxidative stress and neurotransmitter dysfunction, a mechanism supported by the high binding affinity of its bioactive component, oleic acid, to key enzymes like AChE and GST-2.
