Loganin effectively attenuates postmenopausal osteoporosis by directly disrupting the RANK/RANKL interaction and coordinating a multi-target mechanism that suppresses osteoclast differentiation through the activation of the Nrf2/HO-1 antioxidant axis, inhibition of calcium signaling and energy metabolism reprogramming, and modulation of cell migration pathways.
