Functional microbiome features distinguish clinical trajectories in low-grade cervical lesions
This study demonstrates that while taxonomic composition alone has limited value, integrating age with microbial ecological organization and inferred functional pathways significantly improves the prediction of clinical trajectories in women with low-grade cervical lesions.
