Exploring the prognostic value of N4-acetylcytosine- modified genes in colorectal cancer using transcriptomics combined with single-cell data
This study integrates bulk and single-cell transcriptomics to identify a seven-gene N4-acetylcytosine modification-related signature that effectively stratifies colorectal cancer patients into high- and low-risk groups while revealing distinct immune infiltration patterns, pathway enrichments, and key cellular differentiation trajectories to guide potential therapeutic strategies.
